Step 2: Learn It: The "Fundementals" Course
Your first month will include two 1-on-1 sessions, which must be completed prior to joining our group classes.
These sessions are designed to introduce you to the basic CrossFit movement techniques and are required in order that you are familiar with, and are performing safely, the movements you will perform within the daily workouts. You must complete both 1-on-1 sessions before moving into our group classes.
*Please note: Not all athletes will be ready to move into the group class after attending the two 1-on-1 sessions. Depending on the athlete's level of fitness and ability to learn the fundamentals movements, additional private coaching sessions may be required before entry into our group classes. NUMBER OF SESSIONS WILL VARY PER INDIVIDUAL.
After you’ve completed your 1-on-1 sessions, you’re ready to start attending our group classes.
At CrossFit Oregon City, we train a wide variety of individuals, from fire fighters, police officers, and athletes, to housewives, college students, and anyone willing to put in the sweat and tears to achieve true fitness. Some of our athletes are training for functional dominance; others are training to regain functional competence. We train athletes to be strong, fast, and mentally tough using a no-nonsense, intense workout program aimed at developing raw strength, strength endurance, explosive power, and metabolic conditioning.
No matter where you are [in your fitness journey], we'll meet you there and help you get to where you want to be. You just need to get started. How Do I Try Out CrossFit?
WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY SCHEDULING FREE TRIAL SESSIONS, BUT YOU ARE WELCOME TO SCHEDULE A TIME TO STOP IN TO WATCH A CLASS AND MEET OUR COACHES.

Why Should I Train With You?
We provide the programming - we design each workout to elicit proper responses geared toward making you stronger, faster and mentally tougher.
We coach - we teach complex exercises & movements, record times and weights lifted, and push our athletes. We will help you reach your fitness goals through both physical and nutritional coaching.

What If I'm Not An Athlete? What If I'm Out Of Shape?
We don’t require you to be. Workouts are scaled down with lighter weights, less reps, and fewer rounds to meet the needs of beginning trainees. It still won’t be easy, but we don’t expect a new athlete to perform like an experienced one should.
Every new athlete must attend two 1-on-1 sessions (included in the cost of your membership) prior to attneding our group classes. Please CONTACT US to schedule your sessions.

What If I'm Just Visiting?
If you are visiting from another CrossFit affiliate, outside of Oregon City, you are more than welcome to drop in. We would love for you to join us for a workout. We just ask that you give us a heads up and let us know you are coming. Drop in fee is $15 or the purchase of a CFOC t-shirt/tank ($25).
